Summary:

- Support the design, launch, and management of learning and development initiatives to support business objectives.
- Use data-driven approaches to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of learning programs with organizational goals.
- Track program metrics, prepare reports, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Previous experience using data to evaluate learning program effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
