Summary:
The People Development team is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to help deliver and enhance our core skills development programs for both technical and non-technical employees. Key competencies include program coordination, milestone tracking, and reporting on program effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, rollout, and management of learning and development programs that align with business goals.
- Apply data-driven methods to assess program impact and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure learning initiatives support organizational objectives.
- Develop measurement strategies, monitor program metrics, generate reports, and share results with stakeholders.
- Keep thorough documentation and ensure all activities comply with our policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated experience using data to assess the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with AI and building new (0-1) programs is a plus.
