Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Program Manager to join our Compliance & Ethics Learning Programs team on a contract basis. As a key member of our team, they will play a crucial role in creating transformative learning experiences that empower Meta personnel to confidently navigate legal obligations, company policies, risks, and ethical considerations. In this role, they will collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute comprehensive learning programs that cater to diverse learners across various programs, including new hire onboarding, annual training, role-based training, risk-based training, and leader/manager development. Their expertise in designing and delivering effective and engaging solutions, including e-learns, micro-learns, and other digitally-based guidance materials and resources, will be essential in distilling complex concepts into clear, actionable language. They will contribute to the development of learning solutions, author compelling content, manage multiple projects simultaneously, develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and identify and escalate issues or roadblocks quickly. Additionally, they will engage with partners and team members of all levels, communicate effectively, drive alignment, stay focused on goals and target outcomes, and facilitate progress, all while staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in learning and development.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, communications, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience designing and authoring content for various modalities and influencing mindsets and behaviors. They should also possess proven experience leading projects, facilitating partnerships, and communicating effectively with leaders and business stakeholders, demonstrating their ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and build strong relationships. Additionally, they should be well-versed in working in a fast-paced, deliverable-based environment, where prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines is essential to driving results and achieving success. The ideal candidate will hold a degree or equivalent continuing education in a field such as Learning Science, Instructional Design, Education, Training, Communications, Media Production, Legal, Compliance, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in the principles of learning and development. They should also have experience designing innovative learning solutions that incorporate non-traditional modalities, such as interactive video, podcasts, experiential activities, and just-in-time support, demonstrating their ability to think creatively and push the boundaries of traditional learning approaches. Furthermore, they should have experience working in the Legal, Compliance & Ethics space within a heavily regulated environment, where they have developed a deep understanding of the complex issues and nuances that arise in this domain.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand compliance training requirements
  • Define goals and objectives of the training program
  • Develop a design blueprint for the training program
  • Create engaging scripts for e-learning modules
  • Build interactive e-learning experiences using various tools and technologies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Utilize strong writing skills to create compelling content
  • Apply creative writing skills to develop engaging scenarios and storylines
  • Focus on behavioral training and cultural aspects of compliance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders

 

Pay range is $89 - $94 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
