Job Description
Responsibilities:
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Work closely with internal business teams to draft, review, edit, analyze, negotiate, and route for signature, and administer client and vendor contracts
- Advise on contract status and perform renewals and extension using Cello throughout contracting process
- Represent the company as the primary administrative contact on assigned contracts; and serve as key liaison between corporate counsel and other internal stakeholders at RHQ and HQ
- Prepare and update legal standards playbook and template agreements
- Support compliance with laws, regulations, and internal contract policies and procedures
- Develop and provide legal training to internal clients in a clear and understandable manner
- Coordinate other legal and administrative matters with business groups and outside counsel, and provide general legal support for other legal matters, including litigation, claims, and other disputes
- Maintain and update logistics-related licenses and insurance policies.
- Work across time zones and cultures with a cross functional group of stakeholders
- Provide support to assigned professional staff
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of legal assistant, legal operations, or contracts administration experience
- High energy, fast learner, flexible and able to execute in a fast-paced, very diverse environment
- Good team player
- Familiarity with a wide variety of corporate and commercial agreements
- Well-organized and detail oriented with an outstanding work ethic and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to prioritize numerous projects under deadline pressure, and work extended hours as required
- Strong administrative, interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and be resourceful
- Proficient with software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); and ability to conduct internet research and learn to use internal contract management tools
- Bilingual English/Korean preferred
- Understanding of logistics and supply chains industry a plus
