Localization Vendor & Business Manager


Summary:

The Global Experience team engages with a diverse and global vendor pool who provide an array services to our stakeholders including application and content localization, software quality assurance, and international marketing. The Localization Vendor & Business Manager supports the Global Experience Vendor Management team’s by building and managing an optimal vendor pool and by providing business reporting to org stakeholders.

Vendor Management
  • Establish a vendor pool that meets current business requirements and scales to future business goals
  • Manage vendor relations including governance, compliance, contracts and financials
  • Facilitate end-to-end vendor on-boarding
  • Develop vendor strategies and implement industry best practices into our existing outsourcing model
  • Implement capacity plan and cost optimization strategies
  • Improve existing processes through influencing and collaborating with key stakeholders within the Internationalization team as well as cross-functional partners
  • Utilize metrics and analytics to make key business decisions and optimize total cost of delivery
  • Measure, report on, and action on vendor performance
Business Management
  • Supporting the building of the OPEX budget plan with Global Experience stakeholders.
  • Support creation of quarterly expense forecasts
  • Work with partner teams to understand and report on business drivers influencing budgetary trends.
  • Build metrics to help the team understand the ratio of “working” to “non-working” marketing expenses
  • Develop and maintain documentation (e.g. SOPs) to ensure consistent processes/procedures related to budget tracking and financial reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in strategic marketing sourcing or vendor management
  • BA/BS in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience with contract negotiations and working with multiple vendors concurrently
  • Experience building, processing and analyzing (financial) data sets, and interpreting them to make business decisions
  • Experience with methods to manage vendor performance
  • Currently a specialist on the International Marketing Team

 

Pay range is $43 - $48 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
