Responsibilities:
    Â
•   Oversee and manage all international freight forwarding activities, including air, and sea.
•   Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to arrange transportation and ensure efficient delivery of cargo.
•   Track and monitor the progress of shipments, proactively addressing delays or issues and communicating status updates to relevant parties.
•   Ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods through accurate planning, scheduling, and coordination of shipments.
•   Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all freight documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, shipping instructions, certificates of origin, and customs documentation.
•   Analyze data and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and service levels.
•   Track expenses related to transportation, customs, and warehousing, providing regular reports and budget forecasts to management.
•   Collaborate with 3PLs and external partners to identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
•   Prepare and process invoices for all freight forwarding services, including import/export shipments, warehousing, and other logistics activities.
•   Ensure accuracy in billing by verifying rates, services rendered, and additional charges (e.g., fuel surcharges, customs fees).
Requirements/Qualifications:
•   Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
•   Staff: 1+ year of experience in logistics or supply chain operations./ Sr.staff: 4yrs or+ more
•   Proven experience in managing third-party logistics providers and transportation carriers.
•   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.

Pay range is $22/hr - $27/hr - with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more.
