Responsibilities:
  • Configure Target & Recommendations to drive customized, personalized, and predictive experiences for Web & App Channels. Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.
  • Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target & Recommendations to build Multi-channel personalized campaigns & product recommendations
  • Ability to understand product catalog, criteria and design for creating and managing product recommendations
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues. 
  • Deliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website and other touch points. 
  • Partner with the analytics teams on measurement across customized site experiences 
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences 
  • Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy 
  • Drive technical effort working with IT partners, site management and creative to ensure timely execution of testing and/or personalization cadence 
  • Architect, configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target & Recommendations to build Multi-channel campaigns 
  • Assess and audit the current state of platform configuration and accelerate remediation plans. 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of digital Campaigns and iterate to yield higher ROI. 
  • Prepare and implement detailed project plans that list tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and task owners. 
  • Accelerate implementation and achieve ROI on the Adobe Target & Recommendations investment 
  • Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy 
  • Provide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies to clients 
  • Architect and design Adobe target & recommendation technical solutions to drive multi-touch/multi-channel marketing, defined by the buyer’ s journey
