Job Description

Pay range is $93 - $106 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Marketing Analytics Data Analyst


The main function of the Data Scientist is to produce innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from complex and high-dimensional datasets.

  • Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and research to provide valuable insights to advertisers in CPG and Healthcare industries.
  • Explain complex statistical concepts and research methodologies to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify learning needs and prioritize objectives.
  • Provide guidance on methodology selection for marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the analysis of campaign results and present findings to clients.
  • Implement lift methodology and contribute to marketing mix modeling efforts.
  • Embrace ambiguity and adapt to changing day-to-day tasks.

  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in statistics and research methodology.
  • SQL proficiency.
  • Familiarity with R and Python (Nice to have).
  • Ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Quality-driven mindset in statistical analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in marketing analytics or related fields.
  • Familiarity with CPG and Healthcare industries.
  • Previous work with sophisticated advertisers.
  • Knowledge of lift methodology and marketing mix modeling.

Performance Measures:
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Quality of statistical analysis and reporting.
  • Meeting project deadlines consistently.

Interview Process:
  1. Initial 30-minute behavioral interview.
  2. Follow-up technical interview, which may include SQL and statistical questions.
  3. Possible take-home analytics test or additional technical interview.
