Marketing Manager II
Remote

Summary:

Support the Label Partnerships team in the execution and scaling of global marketing programs

Responsibilities:

Maintain program management tools, including but not limited to Excel and Google Sheets
Manage content delivery tracking and associated processes across campaigns
Collaborate with XFN teams including content promotion, data analytics, engineering and program management
Attend planning/execution meetings with XFN teams to improve internal process efficiency and campaign impact
Provide administrative support to management of contracts, payments, POs, and invoices
Aggregate weekly data and performance metrics to share key insights
Review content deliverables to ensure they align to policy and community guidelines.
Development of external presentations to support education on best practices and trends.

Skills:

3+ years digital music experience (interaction with record labels a plus but not required)
Understanding of social media platforms and interaction with music
Advanced proficiency in data tracking methodologies and tools, including but not limited to Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized data tracking software
Ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Ability to keep information organised and confidential.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in music business, marketing or project management (preferred)

Pay range is $51 - $56 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
