Pay range is $78 - $84 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Marketing Manager V


Summary:

Serve as maternity leave coverage for a Small Business Hyperlocal Marketing Lead with responsibilities spanning GTM research & strategy to inform development of quarterly marketing plans driving lower funnel sales goals; delivery/execution of marketing plans (including creative development & asset creation in partnership with agency/in-house creative teams), defining metrics of success (with Data Science team) and program management.

NOTE: This role sits on the Small Business Integrated Marketing team who partner with XFNs/stakeholders around the world and at times, will require flexibility in working across different time zones.

Responsibilities:
  • Research & Strategy: Seeks/leverages data to inform strategic localized marketing plans for priority markets (includes collecting, analyzing and summarizing data, trends and product insights.)
  • Marketing Plan Development: Leverages research/strategy to create quarterly marketing plans to support small business team’s sales, product and marketing goals (tactics are customized to market needs and may include scaled campaigns, events, community/forums, and more.)
  • Activation & Execution: Partners with XFNS to deliver tactics/activations identified in quarterly plans.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Leverages results and learnings to develop impact reports including providing recommendations/refinements, leading research projects to gather local customer insights and biggest opportunity areas for marketing campaigns.
  • Program/Project Management: Ensures on-time delivery of marketing plans/tactics with end-to-end project and program management skills. Includes local/global agency management and brief development.
  • XFN Collaboration: Partners with cross functional teams (creative, growth marketing, data science, sales, product and regional marketing teams) to deliver on sales, product and marketing goals.

Skills:
  • Marketing generalist, experienced with B2B audiences and driving performance goals with key skills including research, media strategy, messaging, content, creative strategy, execution, campaign analysis
  • Self starter who can work in ambiguity, prioritize and manage their own time/projects from start to finish
  • Previous experience with the creative and content development process
  • Ability to multi-task and interpersonal skills accustomed to working with a wide range of marketing professionals, stakeholders across teams and building relationships with regional partners
  • Verbal & written communication skills, able to adapt messages based on stakeholder needs
  • Program & project management skills

Education/Experience:
  • (Required) 10+ years of experience with developing and executing large multi-channel marketing activations or programs
  • (Recommended) Global or international marketing experience
  • (Recommended) Program/project management experience
  • (Recommended) Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communications
