  • Configure Workfront objects (custom forms, project templates, reports, dashboards, approval processes, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, expense types, layout templates, filters, request queues, user accounts, custom fields, dashboards, reports, etc.)
  • Maintain and manage Workfront workflows and third-party integrations
  • Monitor and work service queues and coordinate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context
  • Conduct ongoing business analysis and designs, coordinate change management activities and handle escalations with the business lead
  • Implement enhancements and roll out new features; design solutions such as data modeling, object modeling, page layout design, and rule logic definition in the context of the Workfront application
  • Provide the ability to track the health of our services, as well as identify, prioritize and fix problems on complex systems. Experience with vulnerability risk and impact assessment and remediation
  • Assist in data cleansing to ensure successful completion and delivery of reports and dashboards
  • Support the on-boarding of working groups and participate/develop/deliver training on supported applications and ongoing management of user licenses and granting/modifying/removing access to supported applications
  • Facilitate training on existing Workfront instance and new processes. Communicate with project stakeholders
  • Perform daily business administration duties and technical support in Workfront
  • Provide insights to business lead for improving existing Workfront instance and identify potential application issues
  • Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of business lead
  • Communicate between IT, Marketing, and third-party vendors
  • Demonstrate experience using superb collaboration and communication skills; be able to translate detailed technical problems into communicable messages and in dealing effectively with various teams/departments across a complex organization

Skills:
  • Experience and knowledge of writing code or implementing pipelines / maintaining databases
  • Strong business administration skills in Workfront with the ability to transfer BA skills to other platforms
  • Experience gathering/interpreting business requirements and working on Workfront projects end-to-end, through utilization of their experience, problem solving and research skills
  • Excellent organizational, project management, escalation and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and to work on multiple projects concurrently with a collaborative and professional work ethic
  • Willingness to be flexible and respond to quickly changing priorities, to be the “ calm in the midst of the storm”

Education:
  • BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience. Technical certification (e.g. CCNA/CCNP, RHCE, AWS CSA, etc.) may substitute for required education
  • 2-3 years of Workfront Administration experience along with 1-2 year(s) of additional experience with a similar project management tool(s) – i.e. JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc. is a plus
