  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to resolve data discrepancies and operational issues.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and improve documentation of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, data management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel) and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role within the music publishing industry.
  • Familiarity with music publishing data (e.g., royalty data, metadata, ownership/share information).
  • Experience researching publishing ownership information using third-party tools.
  • Experience with music publishing data exchange processes and formats (e.g., CWR, DDEX).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with process automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL).
  • Knowledge of music rights management tools.
