Our Net Zero team drives sustainability strategy and programs across the company and with our partners. The Net Zero Data Foundations team is hiring a Program Manager on a contingent basis to cover a team lead's leave. During this period, this role will support the senior technical and strategic leads on the program on program management, coordination, analytical and reporting workload.
The role requires 5+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, experience working with large datasets and running analytics, and communicating status and insights to technical and non-technical audiences. This individual must also have familiarity with corporate greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting and emissions forecasting. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day execution across the pod's active workstreams (GHG inventory, emissions forecasting, measurement, and supplier emissions), tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks to keep delivery on schedule
- Develop and maintain program management artifacts - roadmaps, trackers, status reports, and executive-ready updates - for recurring leadership and cross-functional forums
- Support preparation for and facilitation of recurring team meetings and cross-functional syncs; build agendas, capture decisions and action items, and follow through to closure
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting cadence (execution updates, exec meeting prep, deck creation) using established templates and inputs gathered from team members
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep data and process flows moving from data sources through to disclosures
- Contribute to triage and response of incoming research, data and analytical requests
- Track progress against targets and benchmark performance against internal KPIs and stakeholder expectations
- Support lightweight data pulls, QA, and validation to keep reporting and analysis on schedule
- BA or BS degree in social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, accounting, statistics, business, environment and/or a sustainability-focused field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or project coordination, ideally supporting technical or data-oriented teams
- Familiarity with corporate GHG emissions accounting concepts (Scope 1, 2, and 3) and emissions forecasting or scenario modeling
- Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated ability to self-manage complex delivery in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting data and insights to technical and non-technical audiences and creating graphics for leadership presentations
- High-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and in slides/deck creation, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even when working under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong understanding of current practices and trends in greenhouse gas emissions and broader sustainability reporting
- Experience using data access tools and building visualizations from large datasets and multiple data sources, particularly with Tableau and Excel
- Experience with a scripting/query language (e.g., SQL, Python) sufficient to run or QA basic data pulls
- Familiarity with external reporting standards such as CDP, ISSB, GRI, TCFD, SASB, etc.
- Experience working within large, matrixed organizations and coordinating across cross-functional partners
