Job Title: Operations Analyst III


We are looking for an Operations analyst in the Contract Manufacture Operations team to manage the performance of our key partners. This role is expected to collect data from various operational aspects, including delivery, material management, cost, and others, to measure the partner' s performance and work with CM Managers to drive improvement. The data will be used in quarterly business review and other critical meetings to form our partnership strategy. This role will work with both internal and external stakeholders closely to ensure comprehensive and clear metrics is structured to achieve such goals.


Performance Management:
  • Identify the key performance metrics and establish corresponding approach to measure it regularly
  • Collect the data input from internal and external sources to generate regular reports for the key metrics
  • Collaborate with CM managers to identify the areas of improvement for each partner and develop the improvement plan
  • Continuous monitor the performance to validate the improvement actions


Material Management:
  • Review clear-to-build during NPI stage and work with partner to resolve it
  • Highlight key issues for material supply and develop long term plan to mitigate the risk


Cost Management:
  • Analyze cost data from each partner for MVA, NRE and CAPEX to identify future cost reduction opportunities
  • Communicate Facebook managed component cost to our partners regularly and resolve the discrepancies
  • Conduct regular research for labor rate in countries we operate


Order and Spending Management:
  • Conduct regular open PO and invoice review to ensure clear visibility into spending
  • Collaborate with Finance and CM managers to complete regular accrual, reserve and forecast analysis



  • Colleague degree in Operations management, Supply chain management, Industrial engineering or other relevant fields. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in supply chain management or related areas
  • Strong analytical skills to manage data and generate insights from the data
  • Strong communication skill and experience in cross-functional collaborative environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and other similar software


Preferred requirement:
  • Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and other operations management approach
  • Experience in define performance metrics for supply chain and operations
  • Strong business acumen and understand the implication for each performance metrics


Education: BS/BA; MBA preferred.
