Job Description

Operations Associate III
Remote

Responsibilities:

First line of central defense to triage Partner Managers to the right places to get issues resolved or surface enablement content.
Track data issues to ensure feedback is captured in the central trackers.
Proactively do data quality checks in the system to understand where poor data quality is affecting reporting readouts.
Coordinate with stakeholders to revise their inputs if they are inputting data that doesn’t comply with our central guidance.
Resource for stakeholders as they look to drive their region’s operational metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in launching or building out a CRM tool that’s internal to the company
Proven analytical skills and data interpretation skills. Proficient in SQL and data manipulation tools.
Proven project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to execute on ambiguous problem statements.
Effective communicator with the ability to work across a large and global org to guide colleagues to adopt best practices.
Proactive and resourceful to identify operational gaps and drive issue resolution independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with our data foundations.
Preferred: Experience with our advertising tools and internal Sales team (e.g., involved in Sales CRM launch).

Pay range is $39 - $44 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
