Job Description

Operations Manager, Enablement Project Management
Remote

Summary
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Operations Manager to join our Supply Activation and Enablement (SEA) team within Revenue Operations (RevOps). The SEA team's mission is to equip Field, Vendor, and Operations teams across Homes, Hotels, Services, and Experiences with the knowledge, skills, and tools to consistently acquire, grow, and retain high-quality supply. This role sits at the heart of our Enablement Strategy & Operations (StratOps) function and plays a critical part in operationalizing strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

The Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone for the Enablement StratOps Lead, supporting the design and execution of programs that drive measurable enablement impact across the business. You will help build the infrastructure – data dashboards, process frameworks, planning cadences, and cross-functional coordination – that allows the enablement organization to scale effectively and demonstrate ROI. The Supply Enablement operates at scale and you provide a key role in supporting operational rigor, governance, and process management across a range of priority deliverables and projects. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a strategy doc, and who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities
  • Support enablement strategic planning, roadmap management, and OKR tracking across quarterly and annual planning cycles.
  • Build and maintain central dashboards that measure enablement program impact –  including project intake, content utilization, knowledge management,  and pipeline velocity.
  • Analyze program performance data and surface actionable insights and recommendations to the StratOps Lead and enablement leadership.
  • Design, document, and continuously optimize operational processes and workflows that enable the team to scale globally without sacrificing quality.
  • Manage cross-functional governance rhythms and project coordination with Program Ops, RevOps and Sales teams.
  • Coordinate intake and prioritization of enablement requests across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resource availability.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, templates, and documentation frameworks that standardize how enablement work gets done.
  • Track and communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support enablement tech stack operations and content management (e.g., Highspot, Salesforce, Gong) to ensure tools are well-maintained and adopted.
  • Identify and close feedback loops between field teams, RevOps, and enablement leadership to continuously improve programs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or strategy & operations; experience in a sales enablement or sales operations environment strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
  • Analytical skills: able to build dashboards, synthesize data from multiple sources, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with enablement and sales metrics (e.g., ramp time, quota attainment, content utilization, pipeline velocity).
  • Systems thinker with demonstrated ability to design scalable processes and documentation frameworks.
  • Proficiency with AI tools, Google Suite and Asana; experience with Salesforce, Highspot, Tableau, or SQL is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience level
  • Intermediate
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how our Supply Enablement function operates and scales  and to demonstrate the direct business impact of world-class enablement programs.
Proficient in Gsuite, Salesforce, Excel, Highspot, AI Claude, Asana
