Compliance Specialist III
Responsibilities:
Pay range is $42 - $47Â per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Responsibilities:
- Support coordination of the MFT Compliance Sanctions Risk & Control team and its projects through facilitation of planning sessions and internal team communications
- Provide strategic advisory to team leadership to advance team goals and initiatives
- Lead preparation and facilitation of sanctions meetings and reporting, including developing PowerPoint presentations, talking points, and other materials
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including procedures, flow charts, and process documents
- Drive change management initiatives and support continuous improvement of team processes
- Strong experience with change management processes, ideally in compliance or risk environments
- Experience creating high-quality presentations, reports, and process documentation (procedures, flow charts, process docs)
- Excellent documentation, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and facilitate meetings, including developing meeting materials (PowerPoint, talking points, agendas)
- Experience streamlining procedures, with a strong preference for operational expertise in MFTC’s core control programs
