Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to support our Corporate Marketing team. This role ensures smooth marketing operations through budget management, organizational support, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple process-driven tasks.

Responsibilities:
Budget and Financial Management including:
  • Manage the end-to-end process for all purchases within the Corporate Marketing team, including contract creation, PR/PO management, as well as Third-Party Auditor (TPA) management for all vendors.
  • Manage day-to-day inputs in the Marketing Resource Management (MRM) system for all Corporate Marketing spend.
  • Reconciliation of invoices and House Ad account spend to ensure alignment with finance budget tracking
  • Prepare agendas and materials for bi-weekly budget meetings with XFN partners including Finance, Media and Business Affairs teams.
  • Maintain team and T&E budget summaries for Corporate Marketing Leads to ensure budget visibility.
Organizational Support and Coordination:
  • Build and maintain calendars, dashboards, trackers, templates, and documentation to support decision-making
  • Accelerate AI Integration as part of the team’s operations, identifying opportunities and driving implementation.
Project Coordination:
  • Execute on a variety of ad-hoc projects identified by team that are essential for operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of budget management and financial tracking processes, with proven ability to manage complex financial operations and reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, work independently, and escalate critical issues promptly to ensure project success.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and experience leveraging AI tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency and execution.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability; familiarity with our internal tools and processes (particularly procurement, privacy review, etc.) is a plus

 

Pay range is $33 - $38 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
