Participant Recruiter, Partnerships
  • Gathering recruit specifications from Product & Service Operations team for upcoming alpha/beta tests for business products 
  • Identifying candidate pools to recruit from 
  • Screening candidates by phone, email and survey 
  • Confirming participation of screened candidates for new product/feature alpha/beta tests/studies
  • Regularly communicating with confirmed participants to ensure they are ready to test the new products/feature before tests/studies launch
  • Scheduling regular check-ins with participants during an ongoing test/study
  • Ensuring compensation is delivered and NDAs are collected 
  • Logging progress of recruitment, participation, and readiness in a centralized database 
  • Work collaboratively with Participant Recruiting team and the Product & Service Operations teams

  • Experience with using online collaborative document/spreadsheet tools 
  • Commitment to excellent customer service 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment 
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments 
  • Flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes 
  • Be proactive and self-directed with an ability to take direction

  • Strong work ethic

Education:
  • B.S. or B.A. preferred 
  • 2+ years of experience with research participant recruiting preferred
  • Experience with using online collaborative document/spreadsheet tools
