Responsibilities:
- Support development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for our Global Expense, Cards, Payment programs, establishing robust policies and processes that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Support adoption and optimization of corporate card programs, enhancing financial efficiency and accountability through improved tracking, issuing, and reconciliation processes.
- Support RFP work on vendor review & selection to enable business objectives of optimizing fraud compliance, experience, efficiency.
- Support management of outsourced operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8+ years of business experience, with at least 5 years in Finance Operations or a related field, including global operations.
- Demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments, navigating complex organizational structures and collaboration.
- Experience with data tools and platforms such as Concur, Oracle, and Excel, with experience analyzing financial data and preparing financial reporting outputs.
- Experience leading projects with the ability to set clear priorities and manage multiple demands and resources effectively.
- Proven track record of improving processes through innovation, automation, and operational excellence.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners and leadership to effectively communicate and set project expectations.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects of financial management is a plus.
- Proven ability to self-serve, investigate and get the required data necessary for the management of business projects.
- Experience in leading outsourced teams, managing supplier relationships, effectively.
