Polymer Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced polymer characterization engineer to work with the research and product team to characterize polymer performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Polymer related experiment design and research
- Conduct different polymer characterizations including solution and melt rheology, DMA, Instron, DSC.
- Conduct surface characterization using SEM, AFM.
- Conduct data process and analysis
- Write testing reports and present the testing results to teams
- Lab equipment maintenance
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in material characterization with an emphasis on polymer characterization.
- 3+ years of experience in polymer research
- MS or PhD in material science, polymer science and engineering, polymer physics, or related fields.
- Data process and analysis
- Clear communication and report writing
- Local to Redmond WA or willing to move without moving compensation
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD research experience
