Procurement Operations Specialist

Summary:
The main function of a Procurement Operations Specialist is to handle workload management for the Source to Pay Contracts team and deliver reports to monitor trends in the data.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assist with triaging of contracts cases to contracts team members
- Understand and communicate issues that may arise with uneven workloads
- Document and share reports on latest contract volumes by status and by individual
- Communicate effectively with both contract managers, contract agents, sourcing professionals, and business stakeholders
Skills:
- Good communication skills are required.
- Experience working with large data sets
- Working knowledge of procurement
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel
- Flexible and willing to respond quickly to urgent or changing processes
- Strong attention to detail
