We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join us in stewarding brand expression at scale. Your work will include projects like: Realizing our vision to create a modular design system that serves diverse systems-level teams, building a comprehensive "system of systems." Advancing the company brand in product by developing a flexible and expressive design system that supports our growing ecosystem. Strengthening ties with key company projects such as Wearables and GenAI, enhancing design and infrastructure integration. Exploring the impact of AI on product design, both within our systems team and in AI-enabled design processes.
The Cross-company Design System (XMDS) is a cross-company design and visual system team supporting web and mobile platforms. Since its inception to support the 2020 Company Layer, XMDS now powers 100+ app and feature teams building company-branded experiences. We’re an accelerator: Teams have leveraged XMDS to spin up 0-1 projects in weeks. We’re excited to continue building it into a world class experience and competitive edge for company-led products. XMDS is uniquely poised to accelerate product team efficiency, reduce user friction/cognitive load, elevate craft and build brand cohesion.
We are part of the Central Products product group. Central Product’s mission is to solve the company’s most complex shared problems.

- Develop and maintain design system components and patterns, and create accompanying guidelines.
- Weave innovative and delightful design language details into the foundations of design work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions.
- Support partner teams in adopting the design system, aligning with their strategic goals.
- Integrate component-level details into the broader team strategy.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design. Excel in detailed, systematized product design work.
- 1+ years of experience working within a Design System team.
- Possess experience with flexible design systems.
- Understand brand expression within a design system and have a strong grasp of visual design levers.
- Have a track record of providing partner support to client teams.
- Skilled in prototyping. Excellent communicator and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
- Naturally curious and have experimented with evolving design processes with AI tools.
