Advertiser Experiences & Platform (AXP) is a cornerstone of the Monetization’s Business Experiences organization. Our team of designers is dedicated to transforming the end-to-end experience of Ads Manager – our flagship advertising product – which drives the majority of our revenue accounting for about 84% of the company's total revenue.

Ads Manager is an advertiser’s starting point for running ads across social media platforms and audience networks. It's an all-in-one tool for creating ads, managing when and where they'll run, and tracking how well their campaigns are performing towards marketing goals.
Why this role is a game-changer:
Pay range is $115 - $120 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

- This role is on the Ads Manager Desktop team, focused on enhancing the end-to-end experience of the product. You’ll join a vibrant team of senior and talented designers, offering a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and expand your influence.

- Working in a high-impact area with leadership visibility
- Skilled in owning a product area and co-driving product strategy with PMs
- Able to uphold quality and design excellence in a fast-moving iterative environment
- Embracing ambiguity and excited to solve complex systems design problems
- Enjoy collaborating with senior Designers and XFNs across the organization
- Experienced in driving x-org projects and managing up
- Skilled in owning a product area and co-driving product strategy with PMs
- Able to uphold quality and design excellence in a fast-moving iterative environment
- 8+ years of experience designing software product
- Systems Designer with great visual design skills and ability to working within a design system and innovate it with new patterns
- Experience in Product Management
- Enterprise Design Experience
- Monetization and Ads Experience, preferably with large tech companies
- Prototyping micro interactions is a plus in this role
- Worked in Advertising spaces such as google or TikTok, Ads for products specifically.
