This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our team. Responsibilities:
Pay range is $86 - $91 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Management: Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs that support key priorities for the Global Risk Organization. Establish program structure, define milestones, and ensure alignment across stakeholders while maintaining visibility into risks, dependencies, and progress. Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans, drive accountability across teams, and provide strategic oversight to ensure initiatives deliver meaningful business impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with key internal stakeholders across finance, legal, technology departments, and external co-sourced teams to facilitate cohesive operations and project execution.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of processes and protocols to optimize program and process efficiency. This includes scaling existing programs and identifying areas of opportunity.
- Communication and Engagement: Develop and execute a forward-thinking communication strategy, ability to distill complex topics into clear updates for leadership, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable with presenting program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Culture Champion: Support our leadership and Culture Committee in connection & belonging initiatives in order to foster collaborative and cohesive ways of working.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization, from team members to executive leadership.
- Prefer 10 years of experience in project management, with a preference for backgrounds in Finance or Global Risk.
- Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in ambiguous situations, driving departmental and cross-functional organization.
- A deep commitment to our mission and core values, with a passion for fostering a culture of compliance, integrity, and transparency.
