The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing many moving pieces with clear communication and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

- Drive org-wide programs and projects, taking action on key deliverables and keeping stakeholders informed on progress and dependencies.
- Compile and polish content for leader presentations.

- Experience with event logistics (virtual and/or in-person) and operational execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfort tailoring messages to different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency with common collaboration tools (docs, spreadsheets, slide tools, calendars) and comfort learning new systems quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting teams in a large, fast-paced organization with frequent cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience creating high-quality decks and/or light creative support (basic video editing, simple graphics) for storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve operational workflows (drafting, summarizing, tracking, templating).
Pay range is $49 - $54 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
