We’ re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy L&D Project Coordinator. This person will need to be comfortable executing in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills.

 

This role is contract for 6 months with the potential for extension, depending on business needs. 

 

Coordinator’ s Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and track project activities and deadlines
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks and issues
  • Help execute updates and changes to Global Admin On-boarding Program 
  • Coordinate  logistics, room bookings, interactive content, and comms for Global Admin Onboarding Program
  • Continue to share “ Community Tips & Best Practices” through sourced content for posts
  • Coordinate presenters, attendees, and ticketing for the Admin Manager Collab Lab L&D Program
  • Coordinate timely posts for the FTE Admin Community around MidCycle Check-ins, PSC and Writing Workshops 
  • Coordinate phone screen and batch day (onsite) interviews for the Admin Coverage Team
  • Work with Operations Lead to generate metrics/analytics and ensure data integrity
  • Capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills:

Requirements
  • Work experience in recruiting, administrative support or project/program management
  • Work experience in a People Operations or HR function
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and with stakeholders
  • Knowledge in tools with demonstrated experience in MS PPT, Excel, Word & Google Docs

Desired Experience:
  • Experience processing and analyzing data sets, interpreting them for making business decisions

Education:: BA/BS
