Pay range is $43 - $48 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Program Manager II


Summary:

Our company is seeking an experienced operations and project management professional to support our external researcher and partner onboarding and regulatory work. This individual will work with Global Government and Social Impact Programs, Legal, and Business Engineering to help implement scalable and automated processes for global researcher and partner onboarding and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, execution-minded professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust within all levels of the organization. They will have demonstrated the ability to coordinate with cross-functional leads on critical issues spanning partner onboarding, compliance monitoring and reporting, partnerships, and other interdependent teams. This person will be highly organized, productive, poised, and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to pull reports on specific technical and non-technical phases of onboarding to provide evidence supporting audit requests
  • Routinely update compliance documentation
  • Routinely monitor and gather compliance reports
  • Monitor and manage processes to remove blockers and ensure smooth operational flows
  • Manage contract execution and completion from researchers, their institutions, and internal company countersignatories
  • Work with external partners to answer questions, triage problems, and troubleshoot
  • Communicate proactively and work with cross-functional teams to document processes, identify bottlenecks, flag potential risks, and resolve issues
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and executing processes that create efficiency, remove obstacles, and improve operational metrics

Skills:
  • Experience with regulatory audits and can provide detail-oriented and timely audit responses
  • Experience in partner onboarding processes, including vetting global partner criteria and contracting
  • Experience drafting and circulating compliance and monitoring reports
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • Team player with demonstrated project management skills. Will be asked to keep multiple projects and programs moving simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and partner vetting
  • Ability to quickly learn different computer softwares and platforms
  • Strong data management skills
  • Experience in organization and attentive to detail while delivering in a timely matter

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
