Program Manager II


Summary:

Our company is looking for a project manager to support the development and deployment of our entry into North American carrier locations. The role will assist in the planning and orchestration of display program elements that include fixture, security and graphics across all NA carriers. The role may also support a variety of other projects that come up to progress the ongoing success of the team's programs and help drive overarching process development to map out a working model for the carrier channel to enable future growth.

The project manager is responsible for maintaining the budgeting, planning and production of fixtures and graphics where applicable. The role involves extensive coordination and negotiation between fixture/graphic companies, internal cross-functional teams as well as external vendor partners to ensure accurate and on time updates are delivered to stores or to third parties. They will interface with internal and external resources, third party technical support partners, content creators and channel marketing teams across our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with NA physical merchandising teams across all categories to assist with project deliverables
  • Maintain project trackers to ensure all updates execute on time
  • Act as liaison between global fixture vendor partners, graphic companies, channel marketing managers, creative and marketing on any issues that come up through the program
  • Process invoices and work closely with the NA Physical Merchandising lead to ensure all updates are on budget
  • Responsible for generating and tracking PO's so the budgets are tracking accurately
  • Work on internal process development to drive efficiencies in briefing process for various physical merchandising initiatives as well as process for how projects flow into carrier channel
  • Organize vendor partner conference calls weekly to track and update progress ensuring all deadline dates are on track.
  • At times, step in to work on key campaign program deliverables that come up to support the team

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of retail project management experience
  • Good working knowledge of the carrier space (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile)
  • Possesses a strong understanding of the fixture design and development process & retail environment as a whole
  • Proficient in the creation and maintenance of project trackers across multiple programs and stakeholders
  • Understand how to utilize and create excel, PPT and Word docs (proficiency with Google docs/sheets a plus)
  • Excellent communicator, superb verbal and written communication
  • Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail, able to detect inconsistencies and errors
  • Experience maintaining budgets and fiscal responsibility
  • Highly effective at managing conflict. Is able to address issues between stakeholders swiftly in order to maintain a positive team spirit that is consistent with our values
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.
  • Experience with navigating global organizational environments where culture and structure vary.
  • Process development experience a plus
