Program Manager IV


Summary:

The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a comprehensive program strategy with clear objectives and quantifiable metrics.
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and operational excellence, ensuring a hands-on approach, including the execution of system configurations and automation as necessary.
  • Lead change management to ensure a seamless transition to new digital processes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks .
  • Collaborate with program managers, business leaders, and the executive team to drive critical initiatives.
  • Develop and govern KPI reporting and manage projects responsibly and actively participate in program documentation.
  • Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.

  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate high-performing teams
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects within budget and timeline constraints
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues
  • Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.

 

Pay range is $69 - $74 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
