Summary:
  • Lead Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing ones to drive business growth. 
  • Lead Flow Optimization: Analyze and optimize the lead flow process, ensuring that leads are properly qualified, scored, and routed to the appropriate programs. 
  • Prioritization: Prioritize leads across multiple programs, using data-driven insights to ensure that the most promising leads receive timely attention. 
  • Re-activation/Re-warming: Develop and execute strategies to re-activate and re-warm dormant or inactive leads, maximizing their potential value to the business. 
  • Data Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on lead pipeline performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and overall effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for demand management across Scaled Partnerships. This includes building the pipeline of new leads across programs, optimizing the processes to ingest these leads, prioritizing and routing these leads, and re-activating / re-warming leads.

Tasks will fall under 2 different categories:
  • Troubleshooting (Contact Form is Broken, Not integrating with CRM) 
  • Strategic (Understanding different creator entry points)

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in demand management, sales operations, program management, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing lead pipelines, with a strong understanding of lead qualification and scoring
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)

 

Pay range is $82 - $87 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
