Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of our global scaled programs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of program activities, working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Agency Operations Support: Provide day-to-day support for onboarded agency operations, including SOW management, payouts, contracts, and supplier management.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate documentation, guides, and trackers to keep vendors and stakeholders informed on priority products and program initiatives.
- Translation Vendor Management: Manage internal and external translation vendors for global programs, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Inbox Monitoring: Monitor Scaled Partnerships inboxes to ensure prompt response to inquiries and requests.
- Contest Prizing Distribution: Manage the distribution of contest prizes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Webpage Hosting and T&Cs: Set up webpage hosting and terms and conditions for global contests, ensuring seamless user experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program operations, project coordination, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment
Pay range is $43 - $48 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
