Pay range is $24 - $29 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Project Coordinator II


Duties:

This position will partner with internal Customer Immersion team members, providing operational execution support to help project manage client immersion requests for our managed and unmanaged advertisers - maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the end-to-end immersion process. You will be responsible for recruiting research participants for user experience studies and guiding them through the process. Studies you will recruit for include onsite visits to our campuses, remote studies via the web and offsite studies in the U.S. and abroad.

Looking for a thought leader, who understands Advertising and interested in working with other Project Coordinators and supporting the oversight of a team of 8-10 agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising effectiveness and project management, along with a natural curiosity to understand how things work. They should be passionate about our company, analytically minded, a great communicator, and able to partner with other XFN teams.

Skills:
  • 2+ years experience with research participant recruiting
  • Detail-oriented, computer literate and tech savvy with proficiency in working with multiple desktop applications and ability to quickly learn in-house software
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a high-performance team environment
  • Experience with using online collaborative document/spreadsheet tools
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools
  • Ability to remain cool under pressure and effectively multi-task maintaining an exceptional level of quality
  • Previous tech experience a plus

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
