Project Coordinator II
Remote
Summary:
Project Coordinator Il will act as the day-to-day lead of multiple projects within our Originality portfolio, handling workflow and operations so I can support strategic initiatives. They will primarily work on Creator Quality, helping drive the parity work between video originality and non-video originality. They will work cross-functionally, influencing key decisions across teams and functions.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and pull documentation for weekly business reviews for each project; they will often lead these calls too
- Create guidelines and iterate on guidelines with support from Product partners
- Identify quality misalignments and performing root cause analyses to determine the origin of any data deficiencies
- Cascade quality deficiencies upstream and downstream to ensure calibration among project teams
- Align priorities, roles, and decision-making criteria within projects and across pillars
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks
- Advise DLAs on best practice for quality assurance and data annotation
- Standardize DLA training/onboarding
- Willingness to work with vendors across multiple time zones
- Support with any additional tasks to help with program excellence
Skills:
- Previous project coordination experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
