Job Title: Project Coordinator II
Duties: Responsible for any large project, such as a marketing initiative or the development of a new product.
Commonly take on more than one project at once and occasionally work underneath a project manager. Maintain the calendar and schedule of their manager, and important tasks include planning the project, delegating responsibilities, assigning budgets and schedules, overseeing meetings, and ensuring that all projects are completed within deadlines. Create reports and presentations that employees working on a project usually require. Serve as liaisons between the employees and anyone involved in the project, such as executives and stakeholders.
Set up all travel plans, schedule meetings, file expense reports, and allocate resources between different departments. Coordinate activities and resources for projects that impact multiple departments or for multiple projects. Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
