Job Title: Project Manager – User Trials

Duties:

The right candidate is a self-motivated leader who possesses strong product sense, has demonstrated experience working closely with cross-functional teams, and has exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for operations-focused projects and tasks
  • Review operational issues and determine if a technology solution is required or a process correction using techniques like use cases, data diagrams and process flow diagrams
  • Identify operational pain points and opportunities to improve business practices and drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions
  • Collaborate closely with a project coordinator to maintain a clearly documented project that can be followed internally throughout the lifecycle of a project
  • Work collaboratively across multiple organizations representing the user trials team
  • Prepare project correspondence and presentations, as needed, for status reports, stakeholder updates, meetings, annual planning, etc
  • Proactively communicate project and timeline risks to stakeholders along with trade-offs to maintain trajectory
  • Effectively manage global inventory with audit processes for asset management
  • Instill a vision and culture of prototype security throughout the relevant organizations
  • Coordinate with key partners (Legal, Security, Logistics, Facilities, etc.) to support new and ongoing projects
  • Effectively influence leaders and key partners to gain alignment


Minimum Qualifications (Must Haves/ Non negotiables):
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • High energy and self-motivated leader able to take initiative without needing a high level of supervision
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of project lifecycles and project phases
  • Proficient in creating and managing schedules/ ensuring schedules and deliverables are maintained

 

Preferred Qualifications (Wish List):
  • Experience with confidential hardware
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Experience in tech or Hardware product development

 

Disqualifiers:
  • Weak communication and organization skills
  • Only open to remote work



Education:
  • Bachelor' s Degree strongly preferred

Approval for non degree holding candidates will be allowed on a case by case basis; based on experience
