- Quality Issue Identification: Collaborate with XFN issue owners to identify sources of quality issues and differentiate them from regular tasks.
- Repository Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive repository of quality-related tasks, issues, and documentation.
- Organizational Principles: Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement organizational principles for managing quality issues within the repository.
- Repository Structure: Design and maintain the structure of the repository, outlining how quality issues are categorized, tracked, and resolved.
- Template Creation: Develop templates and forms to streamline the documentation and reporting of quality issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including Michael and others, to ensure alignment and consistency in quality initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices for managing quality issues.
- Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, status, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a quality or process improvement role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience required creating and managing repositories
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
