Responsibilities:
  • Support and scale our UXR’s Vendor Procurement initiatives, which includes developing reusable frameworks for tracking data and reporting of vendor usage and services globally.
  • Manage procurement-related projects to drive critical process optimizations and solutions.
  • Provide counsel to internal teams and UX Researchers regarding best practices and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Program Manager to ensure trackers and dashboards are consistently and accurately maintained to inform team insights and identify process gaps.
  • Maintain oversight of Procurement queues and overall team timelines.
  • Communicate team processes and triage inquiries in support of UX Researchers.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership (weekly, monthly, quarterly), highlighting key metrics to inform business strategy.
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor resources (Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Documents, Team Wiki, Toolkits, etc.) for UX Research teams.
  • Collaborate on cross-team initiatives and workstreams.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative processes, frameworks, and dashboards.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of project management experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with peers, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple, competing priorities and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Established track record of operating independently, maintaining a high level of detail orientation, and delivering highly organized results.
  • Adeptness at troubleshooting complex problems and identifying efficient solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Gsuite and Data Analysis is essential.
  • Experience understanding stakeholder needs, gathering requirements, and formulating effective solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including Engineers, Legal Counsel, External Partners, and Stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with data analysis and data analytics tools is desirable.
  • Previous experience in procurement.
  • Prior experience operating within an early-stage environment characterized by significant ambiguity and dynamic variables.
  • Previous experience working with User Experience Research, operational risk, compliance, and/or vendor procurement.
  • Prior experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to expedite workflows, optimize business processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce).

Education:
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.

 

Pay range is $40 - $45 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
