Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings.
- Define the project work breakdown structure and plan program and project streams end to end
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards
- Work closely with stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success
- Communicate project status and updates to project team, leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain project plans, schedules, status and resource budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Strong knowledge of project management and software development principles
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Agile or other software development certification preferred.
