Responsibilities:
Lead and Support Pro-Innovation Policy & Programs
- Serve as the “always on” cross-functional lead for External Affairs, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Monitor and support initiatives related to emerging technology policy, including AI legislation and youth-focused education programs.
- Drive execution of innovation summits and related events, managing day-to-day relationships with external program partners.
- Stay informed on data center and infrastructure-related activities relevant to economic opportunity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a broad spectrum of third-party stakeholders, including:
- National and regional business associations
- Advocacy and policy organizations focused on innovation and entrepreneurship
- Minority and women-owned business groups
- Workforce development and future-of-work organizations
- Public-private partnership coalitions
- Build and maintain strong, mission-aligned relationships to advance shared goals.
- Support ongoing advocacy efforts and program execution as directed by the Economic Opportunity & Advocacy team.
- Ensure timely, transparent communication and collaboration with key partners and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- Mission-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated passion for economic empowerment, innovation, and social impact.
- Experience: Background in campaigns, public policy, advocacy, or external affairs
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive complex projects to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally and building partnerships with a variety of stakeholders.
