Our company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Recruiting Coordinator. The role will support the Recruiting team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity.

Our company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Recruiting Coordinator. The role will support the Recruiting team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating onsite and video conference interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.
- Coordinate candidate logistics & the candidate expenses process.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates, recruiters and interviewers.
- Meeting and greeting candidates who are interviewing at our company.
- Understand candidate needs and deliver a smooth recruiting experience for all candidates.
- Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional teams.
- Partner with recruiting leaders and recruiters to provide insight and feedback on interview scheduling.
- Partner with Assessment Operations team members to support interviewer training initiatives.
- Work with outsourcing partners to ensure scheduling processes are implemented and SOPs are followed properly
Requirements:
- Experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity across remote offices.
- Experience in prioritizing different functions and tasks while managing their work time.
- Experience with ATS and tool change management
- Project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience influencing others across multiple teams within the organization and cross functionally
- Experience leading multiple strategic projects/initiatives with limited oversight
- Experience presenting organizational and process flow content to audiences
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects & programs with global impact
- Knowledge of advanced project planning methodologies
- Change management experience
- 4+ years of scheduling experience
