Summary:
The main function of a Research Assistant is to support our Data and Transparency Partnerships team in its go-to-market efforts, as well as support the team’s partner outreach strategy for users of our research tools. The primary goals include working on projects and operations targeted to improve product conversion and adoption. Internally, this can include supporting operational tasks related to documentation and tracking partner touchpoints. Externally, this can include preparing partner-focused marketing materials and executing scaled outreach programs.
Responsibilities:
Pay range is $36 - $41 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop external marketing materials of our research tools to inform users of evolving product features and updated onboarding processes
- Support internal partner operations to increase efficiency of partner outreach
- Operational support for conferences, workshops, webinars, and other external engagements
- Track and maintain partner touchpoint documentation
- Support partner questions and escalations related to our research tools
