Risk & Control Management / Risk Assessment Support
Remote

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience
Hands on experience with maintaining risk and control registers (e.g., documenting risks and controls, writing risk and control descriptions, understanding risk assessment workflows) in ServiceNow (GRC product)
Experience with mapping risks to controls, regulatory requirements, and open issues.
Experience conducting and building out global enterprise risk assessments for AML and Sanctions.
Experience developing and recommending quantitative risk assessment and risk weighting methodologies, including aggregating business unit risk assessments as part of a global framework
Experience with product risk assessments covering AML, Sanctions, and Consumer Financial Protection (both new and current products)
Risk management and risk reporting experience
Experience facilitating risk workshops, risk interviews and liaising with multiple XFN stakeholders on risk assessment.
Ability to operate independently with minimal instructions (e.g., proactively identifying tasks that need to be completed, project planning)
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment

Deliverables:

Updates to risk and control registers in ServiceNow
Developing AML and Sanctions risk assessment methodology for unlicensed products
Conducting AML, Sanctions, and Consumer Financial Protection Risk Assessments and creating risk assessment reports (with board level reviews)
Methodology for conducting enterprise rollup of AML Risk Assessments across licensed entities
Initial analysis and plan for conducting Enterprise Sanctions Risk Assessment
Development and implementation of intake process to initiate updates
Risk taxonomies and weightages with backed methodologies, as required
Project documentation including project plans, interview questionnaires, risk scoring, risk assessment playbooks/procedures, and others as identified

Pay range is $40 - $45 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
