The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong analytical and project management skills, comfortable working remotely and collaborating with diverse teams. Experience in sales operations and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support cross-functional projects: Ensure timely delivery and clear communication of milestones and outcomes.
- Analyze team and business data: Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members and partners: Streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver reports/presentations: Create clear, concise materials for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proactively identify gaps: Propose solutions to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
- Manage multiple priorities: Handle deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Support the sales team: Assist with operational tasks and account management.
- Download, analyze, and elevate data/queries: Work primarily in Excel to measure and analyze data against goals.
- Visualize and present data: Create compelling data visualizations.
- Proactively manage stakeholders: Ensure high-quality output and effective communication.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management
- Strong data analytics skills; comfortable working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- 6-8 years of experience in relevant roles
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Familiarity with sales operations or advertising industry
- Project management experience
- Commitment and responsibility
