Job Title: Salesforce CRM Operations Support Specialist

Duties:

Salesforce operations and maintenance   – The analyst will be responsible for managing Salesforce operations, functionality and act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders (Mobile Partnerships).
  • Create a partner set and program hierarchy in Salesforce by gathering data from different sources
  • Maintain data integrity of Partner set in Salesforce by creating and conducting QA checks
  • Work closely with the Salesforce admin team to facilitate changes in Salesforce; check changes requested for accuracy
  • Be a key point of contact for business stakeholders on all questions & requests related to Salesforce
  • Document and organize business flows
  • Create reports or dashboards that will build on data from Salesforce and other sources.
  • Execute and resolve day-to-day tasks that enable the Mobile Partnership organization (business stakeholders) to run efficiently

 

 

Skills:
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience, including use of custom and standard fields and objects, workflow rules, data validation rules, and page layout changes
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, able to extract data from different tools, connect them together to build reports or dashboards
  • Candidate must possess strong skills in organizing data, multi-task and prioritize work load
  • Preferred SQL and Python skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Education: Bachelor' s degree required
