The program delivers high-impact engagements for business leaders and decision-makers shaping long-term AI strategy.
The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in executing AI Days and extending their impact by enabling follow-on executive engagements, including 1:1 briefings at Dell and NVIDIA Executive Briefing Centers.
You Will
- Work with senior program coordinator manage event logistics including content readiness, registration processes, and onsite execution
- Own and manage event platforms such as Cvent, including building registration pages, tracking attendee engagement, and supporting campaign performance
- Develop and update social media campaigns and Customer invites.
- Own event technology readiness including hardware, software, and demo environments, and serve as the onsite technical point of contact
- Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and continuously improve tools and event experience
- Track and report on conversion metrics, including pipeline contribution and business impact from AI Days to EBC engagements
- Coordinate regional content updates and localization across French Canadian, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Maintain program operations including SharePoint updates, event calendars, The Plan and required documentation such as POS and POE
- Partner with sales teams, NVIDIA stakeholders, and Executive Briefing Program consultants to identify high-value attendees and post-event opportunities
- Drive conversion of AI Day engagements into 1:1 executive briefings at Dell and NVIDIA Executive Briefing Centers
- Coordinate briefing intake, scheduling, and pre-brief alignment to ensure clear objectives and strong customer relevance
- Support agenda shaping and ensure consistency between AI Days messaging and executive briefing experiences
- Support Executive Briefing Center logistics including room readiness, materials preparation, and coordination for joint Dell and NVIDIA sessions
- Act as a liaison across sales, marketing, and partner teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Deliver reporting across event performance, attendee engagement, and pipeline impact
- Support onsite event execution when needed including attendee check-in, agenda flow, and real-time issue resolution
- Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while maintaining strong organization and communication
Essential Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in event program management, executive briefings, or field marketing
- Experience supporting B2B technology events or enterprise customer engagements
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end event logistics including registration, content coordination, and onsite execution
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, marketing, and partners
- Ability to drive post-event follow-up and support pipeline development activities
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with event tools such as Cvent and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
