Pay range is $56 - $61 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Silicon CAD Engineer V
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support for installing and maintaining CAD tools, license servers, job queues etc.
- Provide daily support for overall Design Infrastructure used by 1,000+ ASIC designers, automate basic maintenance/upgrade tasks
- Maintain source control repositories, regression flows and database management
- Work with the IT department to specify and support a scalable Linux compute infrastructure
Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience as CAD Engineer / Design Infrastructure engineer
- Expert in supporting EDA tools from major Vendors such as Synopsys, Cadence and Mentor
- Experience with maintaining source control repositories (Mercurial or similar)
- Experience with Python, TCL, Perl, Shell and SKILL scripting
- Experience with Storage, Compute Grid, Job Scheduler and license management
- MSEE/CS or equivalent experience
- Expert in supporting EDA tools from major Vendors such as Synopsys, Cadence and Mentor
- Experience with maintaining source control repositories (Mercurial or similar)
- Expertise with Design Infrastructure, Compute Grid (NC/LSF/...), Storage and License management
- Experience with Python, TCL, Perl, Shell and SKILL scripting
- Must Have: Bachelor degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Master's Degree preferred but not required
