Summary:
We are seeking a software engineer to support the software pipeline for an imaging system, integration of the collected data with our infrastructure and processing of the collected data. This is a great opportunity to learn about non-traditional 3D spectral imaging systems, the data that is produced, and how that data is processed with geometric computer-vision and machine-learning to reconstruct 3D forms and extract meaningful parameters for product design.

Software Engineer II
Summary:
We are seeking a software engineer to support the software pipeline for an imaging system, integration of the collected data with our infrastructure and processing of the collected data. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the data acquisition and processing software and tools for a non-traditional spectral imaging system and unlock the large-scale human data collection, pre-processing pipelines, data annotation and deep-learning
- Run evaluations to automatically verify the quality of data collected from large scale data collections, flagging cases for principal investigators to check
- Manage, improve and coordinate the data storage and annotation pipeline
- Interact with a cross-functional team of software and research engineers to determine requirements and functionality
- Created automated ML pipelines that process 3D image data.
- Develop and improve 3D visualization and data analysis tools
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required.
