As a full stack engineer at our company, you will help us grow our global emergency response program. In this position, you will partner with the broader technical organization, product, research and operations teams to deliver flexible solutions to help us support people in times of need.
We are a small, distributed team working in a new and evolving space, so our team members must be comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities as crises occur globally.
Responsibilities:
Pay range is $58 - $63 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross functional partners on all aspects of product development
- Identify and advocate for areas of improvement through data insights and research.
- Quickly build context in unfamiliar codebases across our product to enable company-specific capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, bootcamp or equivalent
- 4+ years industry experience delivering web applications
- Demonstrable command of modern programming languages like Java, Python, Typescript, etc.
- Experience working with distributed systems and developing solutions to ambiguous technical problems
- Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with GraphQL, Service Oriented systems and standard web technologies.
- Experience or desire to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with design, product, data science, and research partners
- Experience working in fast-paced organizations
- Experience in Agile SDLC processes
