[Job Title] Sr. Analyst, Process Innovation
About the Process Innovation Team
The Process Innovation (PI) team is a strategic project management organization that leads business units in analyzing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions and systems. The team operates in a high-speed, high intensity, and high-expectation atmosphere, driving results across all divisions within the company.
Position Summary
As a Sr. Analyst, you will manage company-wide data systems and collaborate with internal and external teams to develop a single source of truth across the organization. Additionally, you will use data-driven approaches to identify root causes to problems and develop new business processes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage company-wide data systems, supporting data governance for the business
• Collaborate with partner teams to drive results across the company, defining company technical requirements for systems and processes for development and/or enhancement
• Identify root causes to problems and use data-driven approaches to develop and implement new business processes and solutions
• Conduct analysis, interpret technical documents and processes, and draw valid conclusions regarding user needs and business requirements
• Provide technical guidance; develop and update user documentation, written instructions, training guides, and manuals; meet with users to provide information regarding system changes and enhancements.
Necessary Attributes & Skills
• Experience with analyzing large sets of data, including master data management
• Ability to structure and perform complex analysis within Excel and related BI tools such as Tableau
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex or technical concepts into simple terms to working level teams as well as executives
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and strong analytics experience
• Willing to work 4-5 days in the office per HR guideline and travel up to 10% of your time
Background/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field preferred
• At least 3-4 years of experience working as a data/business analyst, process improvement, or similar role

Pay range is $35 - $40 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
